Effective as of June 30, 2022
ServiceNow is committed to ensuring that our products and websites are accessible for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. ServiceNow is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
The terms voluntary product accessibility template (VPAT) and accessibility conformance report (ACR) are often used interchangeably. A VPAT is a globally recognized reporting format used to evaluate accessibility of a product or service. The Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) maintains four distinct templates that companies can use to develop ACRs. ServiceNow publishes conformance reports based on the international version of the VPAT, which incorporates WCAG, Revised Section 508, and European Union accessibility standards.
To view accessibility conformance reports (ACRs) for currently supported releases, see Accessibility conformance reports.
Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of ServiceNow properties, there may be some limitations. Please contact us if you observe an issue. ServiceNow platform and products conform to WCAG 2.0 AA and 508 and several of our products confirm to WCAG 2.1 AA.
